UMAX Project Management
Project management is key to a successful enterprise software implementation. Inadequate project management has played a major role in failed implementations. A qualified, dedicated project manager is rule number one for a successful ERP implementation.
Poor project governance often stems from an organization’s lack of experience in managing and overseeing ERP or any other software implementation projects.
Ability to keep scope, people and schedules on track can make or break a project. With all these moving parts, it’s crucial that project management stay one step ahead of the game.
UMAX can assume overall responsibility for delivery of your ERP and other software project, providing resources to advise the Steering Committee as well as managing the project implementation.

Our Project Managers utilize Microsoft Business Solutions (SureStep) project management methodology and their own ERP implementation experience to manage risk and deliver successful projects. Our approach has been developed and refined over many implementation projects and is a proven, repeatable process that can be adapted to each client's business model. The success of most software projects is gauged by traditional on-time, on-budget metrics. We believe that a project is not fully successful unless the benefits that were defined in the business case are also realized.
